Placeholder: the NSW Fair Trading certificate and summary of statutory obligations will be uploaded here once the latest renewal confirmation is issued.
Solvency update: the 2025 audited financial statements and the Director/Auditor declarations confirm the organisation can pay its debts when due. PDFs will be linked here and in the Annual Report section as soon as signatures are finalised.
Management & compliance

Procedures that demonstrate proper management (TPB Items 5 & 6).

(a) Ensuring IRTA is properly managed

  • Accountability: Members receive notice of the Annual General Meeting, vote on motions, and review the published Annual Report.
  • Financial oversight: Audited Financial Statements are prepared each year for members and regulators.

(b) Enforcing internal rules

  • Code of Ethics: All voting members sign the IRTA Code and maintain CPE + Professional Indemnity insurance.
  • Complaints procedure: Formal grievances are lodged via the Complaint Form and heard by the Disciplinary Committee.
  • Sanctions: The Constitution empowers the Committee to suspend or terminate members who breach the rules.
